Lafayette Square Community Revitalization and Enhancement District (CRED)
The Lafayette Square Community Revitalization and Enhancement District (CRED)
was recently established by the Indiana state legislature and designated by the Mayor Bart Peterson.
Selected sites are eligible for state tax credits of 25% on redevelopment costs.
