Fall Creek Place is an innovative, urban neighborhood project that turned a dilapidated area into a prospering
middle-class neighborhood with 300 new and rehabbed homes. The project won a national award from the
U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and was featured in “Better Homes & Gardens”.
Newly constructed homes sit alongside restored historic homes in a neighborhood with new parks, new sidewalks,
and other amenities all less than two miles from the heart of downtown.

The downtown Conrad Hotel was completed in 2006 and is located directly across the street from
the Circle Centre Mall retail center. At 23-stories, the hotel contains 241 guest rooms,
23 corner suites, 16 luxury condominiums, 30 apartments, a spa and fitness center, and a restaurant. The
hotel was the third Conrad hotel to be built in the U.S.
