Herron Square & Herron High School
The former Herron Art School is currently being developed into a charter high school, Herron High School.
Additionally, townhomes, loft apartments, and three single-family homes will be built on the site.
The High School will operate out of the Museum building and the main building. For information regarding

The former Herron School of Art's Fesler Hall will be redeveloped into seven owner-occupied studios. Seven new
owner-occupied lofts will be built along Pennsylvania Street. Three lots are available for new single-family
