IMAGIS Contract and Legal Stuff
The IMAGIS consortium exists as a contract (Participants' Agreement). Staff are employees of IUPUI; vendor contracts are usually with the Department of Public Works, the Marion County Information Services Agency, or IUPUI.
In 2002, IMAGIS released a Request for Information (RFI) and a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a LiDAR Mission to create a new Digital Elevation Model and 2-foot contours. A contract was signed in April 2003. The documents are attached here:
