Snacks Crossing Elementary is a voluntary uniform school that has a strong character education program based on five Lifelong Guidelines and nineteen lifeskills. Integration of technology is a strong emphasis with the state standards, as well as partnerships with over twenty businesses in the area. Parent involvement and communication is very important to our school and our students are actively involved in their learning through: the GLOBE Program, Guided Reading, Student Writing Portfolios, Field Trips, Young Audience Visual Arts Programming, Exchange City, Music Programs, Student Council, News Broadcasters, Math Pentathlon, Fifth Grade Choir, I CAN student assessments for grades K-2 and a host of other educational activities.
